I honestly do believe that eyewitness statements can only be
accredited on a varying degree. Most people have prejudices that
influence there memories towards certain events or certain people
especially dealing with crime. Physical evidence I believe can be the
most apprehensive way to get justice correct, but there are cases where
physical evidence has mislead investigators in certain cases.Time is a
very important thing in most humans brains so speaking of someone who
has not mentally passed the idea that time is meaningless then yes I do
believe that you could not return and in humanly form what that person
has lost.
