You will need to get the agency’s most recent budget and describe how this budget was prepared. You will also need to get the agency’s budget of the year prior to the most recent budget and describe some major differences between the two budgets. Explain why those changes were necessary. Finally, comment on the agency’s budget and budgeting process. Your short paper should be no less than eight (8) pages in length (double spaced, font = times new roman, and font size =12). You may also choose to work on the paper as a team of two people. If so, then the team paper should be no less than twelve (12) pages in length.
