How would you describe your values and outlook at this point in your life?
Which parts of your life story would you tell to show how your perspective has changed or developed? Which parts of your story are most dramatic?
Which parts could be summarized or left out altogether?
What is the best way to tell this story—most importantly, where should you begin?
Remember that your audience is other college students, people who most likely will be able to empathize with some part of your experience but will be inspired to think about it in a new way because of your unique perspective and choices as a writer.
