Using the Case Study “Sink or Swim” from Lesson 1, write at least a 2 full page overview of your findings of this case study. What worked and what went wrong from a leadership perspective?
Explore leadership styles in general, and then you will explore your own leadership style. Use the following steps to learn all you can to accomplish this task.
Now, it’s your turn to look at your own leadership style. Where do you fit? Can you determine your leadership style from your research? Take The Leadership Style Survey found in Lesson 1 and try to determine your leadership style.
Based on your leadership style score from the survey found in Lesson 1, how closely did it match what you thought your style was?
Now, based on this style, try to conclude what strategies you would use to motivate your team and lead an organization.
What would you like to change to better lead a global organization? Make some personal reflections and notes on what skills you need to build on to become the leader you want to be.
Using what you learned above, write a 2 full page paper that outlines at least two leadership styles as well as what you believe your leadership style to be.

You must cite each and every sentence in which you used materials from your academic literature. Your work will be checked for academic integrity by the Turnitin system.
