6. Show the following information for all concrete types: Concrete Type, Type Description, Raw Material ID, and Unit.
7. Show the following information for all orders that have more than four cubic yards of concrete: Order Number, Order Date, Delivery Address, and Truck Number.
8. Show the following information for all orders using Truck Number 104: Order Number, Order Date, and Delivery Address.
